Maximum courier weight per piece is 25 Kilos and courier rates apply to bagged traffic only
Dangerous goods, valuable items, human remains, perishables, fragile items, live animals and live plants are not permitted as courier
All 'Airport to Airport' and 'Airport to Door' rates are excluding surcharges , please check at time of booking
FOB Charges : Fuel SSC (Actual Weight), Handling (Chargeable Weight), Xray Security (Chargeable Weight), War Risk Insurance (Gross Weight)
Air Freight Volume calculations are based on a conversion factor of 1 : 6
All rates are quoted in Euros

Pre-paid shipments only
Customs clearance may effect stated transit times
Customs surcharge may be applicable, please check at time of booking
Dangerous goods check fees and re-check fees, if applicable, are chargeable on all hazardous bookings
Dry Ice shipments may incur a supplementary charge
All shipments are carried under our standard trading terms and conditions which includes the Warsaw Convention (Hague Amendment 28th September 1955) copy of which is available upon request
All trading is strictly subject to Heavyweight Air Express terms and conditions
Our standard payment terms are Strictly 30 days from date of invoice. (Any amendments to this term must be formally agreed in writing prior to implementation.)
Tariff and all surcharges are subject to change at short notice
To comply with health and safety requirements, Heavyweight Air Express works to strict handling guidelines. We would like to remind you that all shipments weighing over 25kg (per piece/bag/consolidation) must be suitable for mechanical lift. Therefore, pieces and consignments need to palletised, crated or containerised accordingly.
Please be aware that if items over 25kg are not presented appropriately HAE will require authorisations from the customer for palletisation. The associated material and additional volume charges will be levied to the shipper. Alternatively, the freight will be returned at full cost
