Postflight Services
All postflight reports are sent on a daily basis by our morning
staff, airport to airport postflights are sent before 9am and
airport to door postflight / out for deliveries are sent out to
customers before 10am. The reports are either sent as an e-mail
or by fax.
Problem
Shipments
A handover is given to our morning staff from nights at
6am every day on this handover are all the shipments which did
not fly as booked. Then our morning staff will contact the relevant airline for
a full explanation of what has happened and then offer a solution.
So when customers start to arrive at around 9am, we can call them
and explain what has happened and what will happen next.
